Kenzie Clarke
OWNER | L1 CROSSFIT COACH | PROGRAMMER
Hi, my name is Kenzie Clarke, I have been doing CrossFit for over 13 years. I went to CrossFit Regionals on a team in 2011 and have been coaching for 9 years. I grew up playing competitive soccer, swimming, hockey and went on to play Varsity soccer and Varsity swimming for Laurentian University. Once I graduated from University and moved back to Orillia, I started CrossFit as it provided the outlet to keep doing a competitive sport while maintaining that sense of comradery of being a part of a team. When I am not doing CrossFit, I am chasing around my 10 year old son Reid and hanging out at home with my husband Blair and husky Norman.

Clayton Acheson
L1 CROSSFIT COACH
Hi, my name is Clayton Acheson. I have been doing CrossFit for 3 years and coaching for 1. I joined CrossFit because I wanted to try something different than the regular gym and I fell in love with it right away! I was always active in sports growing up with my main sports being competitive wresting and football. Since moving on from sports, CrossFit has given me that competitive edge I have been searching for as an adult. Not only is CrossFit fun but I have met some life long friends here. When I am not in the box, I am working hard growing my masonry company, Acheson Masonry and spending time with my fiancée, Cass Lamb.

Dylan Wright
L1 CROSSFIT COACH
Hi, my name is Dylan Wright and I have been participating in CrossFit since 2018. I recently completed my L1 coaching certification and have found a love for coaching that I didn’t know I had! I am extremely active in the community as I have always been a part of team sports, volunteer firefighting and now, full time firefighting. I see the importance of community which Couchiching CrossFit has! Everyone is extremely supportive, competitive and a joy to be around! Whether or not we are pushing each other in a workout or getting together for adventures outside of the gym, it always put a smile on my face knowing i’m a part of this community!

Danyah Rivietz
L1 CROSSFIT COACH
Hi, my name is Danyah Rivietz and I have been doing CrossFit for 10 years. I’ve been an athlete all my life with a background in soccer, martial arts, and professional wrestling. When I’m not at the gym, I’m… at the gym. I’ve been an in person and online fitness trainer for 26 years and I love helping people live a stronger, healthier and happier life. I love CrossFit because of the constant psychical and mental challenges we are all forced to overcome. I also love seeing people improve their quality of life while being surrounded by a genuinely supportive community.

Sarah Wallace
Hi may name is Sarah Wallace. I’m a certified personal trainer with many years of weightlifting and sports experience under my belt. I grew up playing competitive soccer and rugby before undergoing three hip surgeries. At 18, I was told I’d never be able to run or lift heavy again—but then I found CrossFit, and it gave me my life back. In 2018, I started coaching CrossFit and personal training to help others who might be going through something similar. I have extensive first-hand experience in injury rehabilitation, sport-specific performance training, and hybrid strength & conditioning. I love CrossFit because it’s for everyone—it brings people of all abilities and fitness goals together into one strong, supportive community!
